We work from our own premises so we can be available to all our clients 5 days a week. If we undertook work from our client’s premises we would only be contactable for the hours we were working directly for them – not ideal when you need an answer to a query, an invoice paying or cheques to be banked.
Can you prepare my final accounts/ Tax return?
We are not qualified Accountants and therefore prepare a company’s books ready for the Accountant to take over. We work closely with your Accountant to ensure we are providing the information in their preferred format. This means you will save money as:
a) you are paying book-keeping rates rather than paying an accountant to maintain your books
b) by liaising with your Accountant throughout the tax year we are able to iron out any problems before he/ she takes over thus saving the Accountant’s time and therefore reducing the number of hours you are paying for.
Can you assist with any Payroll/ VAT queries?
If we do not know the answer to your queries we certainly know where to obtain them so can usually answer your questions very quickly.
How do we get our paperwork to you?
If you are local we will collect or you may chose to drop it in yourself. If you are based outside the Ashford area you can post your paperwork to us or e-mail if you have scanning facilities.
We can also share data on line using your Virtual Private Network if applicable.
How safe is my data ?
We subscribe to the Sage Accounts Club which gives us full support and data recovery should we require it. Our sage records are backed up each evening and copies kept on 3 different sites. We do of course also maintain up to date anti- virus protection.
